PREVIOUS USE - Paper Mill... ZONING - Residential Agricultural 1 with 4030 tag... WATERFRONT - approximately 1 mile of The Otter River. Our walk began with big blue skies. We found Lot 67 starts on the east side of Mill St inside the gate. You know you have entered Lot 70 on the east shore of the swift-running Otter River when you have passed the dam and head south at the silo. The sky turned on us and we didn't explore Lot 70 or 72 very much as I was determined to find the Railroad spur( found it and the 3200 feet of frontage), and of course, getting pictures for you. Found ourselves on the wrong side of the property fencing but made it back to the vehicle only a little drenched. All this to say, the lot is very large and easy to get lost on. It has various, foundations, parking lots, 3Phase power lines, trees, soooo many shrubs, evidence of wild animals, random fencing, nice looking gravel, unmarked trails. Buyers may pass at their own risk. Happy to walk the property anytime.
